Summary:
We attempted to sell our first home a couple of years ago and hired Kris for the task. Kris worked really hard to get the house sold for us. He made recommendations of things to fix to make the home more sellable, held multiple open houses, created flyers, and promoted it on his website. However, the home did not sell because we were unwilling to lower the sale price to the plummeting market prices regardless of Kris' recommendations to do so. Eventually, we ended up withdrawing our home from the market. But Kris was wonderful to work with, he has a great work ethic, and I will definitely use him again if we end up buying or selling.

Kris helped us with our home purchase a couple of years ago and I'm so glad we had him representing us. He was on top of things all the way through the process, kept us in the loop, and if we had any questions, he responded right a way. He took the time to explain all the forms to us and answered all our questions, sometimes having to do research to find the answers for us. If we ever buy again, we will definitely use Kris and I would highly recommend him to others who are looking to buy/sell a home

Kris and his firm were very helpful in our purchase by showing us multiple homes and emailing the latest listings. He was very attentive in responding to our questions,and was a patient negotiator. Kris took care of last minute details in a timely fashion, alowing us to close quickly and cleanly. His manner is professional but friendly and personable.
